Sparkling Wines


Traditional bottle fermentation: Lämmling-Schindler’s Winzersekt is produced according to the traditional Champagne-method and thus ferments in the bottle for 12 months. It is mainly pressed from grapes of Spätburgunder, Chardonnay and Weißburgunder, that give it a fruity touch, an intensive, long-lasting perlage and a delicate pink colouring.
